Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or other social field.
• Degree must be from a recognized university/institution.
• Qualification must be completed before the last application date.
  
  

Essential Skills

• Good computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in MS Office.
• Computer typing knowledge is mandatory.
  
  

Experience Required

• Minimum 03 years experience in gender-related work in Government/Semi-Government/NGO.
• Minimum 03 years experience in women-related issues.
  
  

Desirable Qualification

• Postgraduate degree holders will be preferred.
• Knowledge of English language and computer skills preferred.
  
  

Age Limit (With Cut-off Date)

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 45 years
• Cut-off Date: 01-01-2026
  
  

Age Relaxation (Category-wise)

• Chhattisgarh residents: Age relaxation as per State Government rules.
• Maximum age limit after all relaxations: 50 years.
  
  

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

Selection will be done through:

1.      Merit-based evaluation (Numerical System)

2.      Interview

3.      Skill Test

Merit Calculation:

• Educational Qualification Marks: Maximum 60 Marks
• Experience: 2 Marks per additional year (Maximum 18 Marks)
• Chhattisgarh Domicile Bonus: 2 Marks
• Total Merit Marks: 80 Marks
• Interview/Skill Test: 20 Marks

Final merit list will be prepared by the Selection Committee and appointment order will be issued by the Collector.

Pay Scale / Salary Details

• Fixed Monthly Contract Salary: ₹25,780
• Pay Matrix Level: Level 08
• Salary will be paid as lump sum under Mission Shakti Scheme.
• No additional allowances will be provided except approved travel allowance for official work/training.

• Employees will be governed by Chhattisgarh Civil Services Conduct Rules, 1965.
