Educational Qualification

Candidate must have:

1.      Passed 10+2 examination from a recognized Board

OR

Passed old Higher Secondary examination and passed first year of Graduation in any subject

2.      One year Diploma/Certificate in Data Entry Operator/Programming from recognized institute

3.      Hindi typing speed of 5000 key depressions per hour on computer

4.      Typing speed certificate from recognized Board/Institution or Chhattisgarh Shorthand Typing Examination Council

Accepted Computer Qualifications:

• One year Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA) from ITI
• Minimum 2-year Diploma in Computer Science/IT/Modern Office Management
• PG Diploma/Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/IT/Computer Application

Age Limit (Cut-off Date: 01-01-2026)

Minimum Age: 18 Years

Maximum Age: 35 Years (with special 5-year relaxation extended till 31-12-2028 for Chhattisgarh natives)

Overall Maximum Age after all relaxations: 45 Years
