Marks Distribution

• Educational Qualification: Maximum 60 Marks
• Additional Experience: 02 Marks per year (Maximum 10 Marks)
• Women Helpline / Sakhi OSC Experience Bonus: 02 Marks per year (Maximum 10 Marks)
• Total Merit Marks: 80 Marks

Interview & Skill Test

• Multipurpose Staff/Cook: Skill Test – 10 Marks, Interview – 10 Marks
• Security Guard/Night Guard: Interview – 20 Marks

Tie-Breaking Rule

1.      Preference to previously surplus Sakhi OSC service providers

2.      Older candidate preferred
