Merit Evaluation System

• Educational Qualification Weightage: Maximum 60 Marks
• Additional Experience: 2 Marks per Year (Maximum 10 Marks)
• Women Helpline / Sakhi Experience Bonus: 2 Marks per Year (Maximum 10 Marks)
• Walk-in Interview Marks: 20 Marks
• Total Merit Marks: 100 Marks
• Preference in case of tie: Senior in Age

Pay Scale / Salary Details

• Monthly Service Fee: ₹18,420/- per month (Fixed Lump Sum)

Office of the Collector

• Pay Matrix Level (For TA Calculation Only): Level – 6

Important Instructions / Terms & Conditions

• Only female candidates are eligible
• Candidate must be resident of Chhattisgarh
• Job is highly sensitive and confidential in nature
• Confidentiality affidavit mandatory
• Police background verification compulsory
• Health test mandatory within one month of selection
• Appointment initially for 2 years
• Extension possible 1 year at a time based on performance
• One month notice or one month salary required for termination
• No TA will be paid for interview
• Only lump sum service fee will be paid
