Experience Requirements

Residential Superintendent

• Minimum 05 years administrative/managerial experience in women-related government/non-government projects
• Minimum 01 year counselling experience (preferred)

Office Assistant

• Minimum 03 years official work experience in Government/Non-Government organizations at State/District level

Multipurpose Assistant

• Experience in relevant field preferred

Cook

• Experience in relevant field preferred

Security Guard

• Minimum 02 years experience as Security Guard in Government or reputed institutions
• Preference to retired military/paramilitary personnel/women

Essential Skills

Residential Superintendent

• Basic computer knowledge required

Office Assistant

• Good computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office

• Educational Qualification: 60 Marks
• Additional Experience: 2 Marks per year (Maximum 20 Marks)
• Walk-in Interview / Skill Test: 20 Marks
• Total Marks: 100
