Educational Qualification

1. Gender Specialist

• Graduation in Social Work or other Social Science discipline.
• Good computer knowledge.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Computer typing ability.
• Minimum 3 years' experience related to gender issues in Government/Semi-Government/Non-Government organizations.
• Desirable: Experience of working on computers in English language.

2. Financial Literacy & Coordination Specialist

• Graduation in Economics, Banking or equivalent discipline.
• Good computer knowledge.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Computer typing ability.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in financial literacy/financial inclusion-related work.
• Desirable: Experience of working on computers in English language.

3. IT Assistant

• Graduate degree in Computer/IT.
• Good computer knowledge.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Computer typing ability.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Data Management, Process Documentation, Web-based Reporting formats.
• Desirable: Experience of working on computers in English language.

Gender Specialist

• Minimum: 21 Years
• Maximum: 45 Years

Financial Literacy & Coordination Specialist

• Minimum: 21 Years
• Maximum: 35 Years

IT Assistant

• Minimum: 21 Years
• Maximum: 35 Years

Age Relaxation

Gender Specialist

• Chhattisgarh local residents eligible for age relaxation as per State Government rules.
• Maximum age after all relaxations: 50 Years

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

Selection will be based on:

Merit Evaluation

• Educational Qualification Weightage: 60 Marks
• Additional Experience: 2 Marks per additional year (Maximum 18 Marks)
• Bonus Marks for Chhattisgarh Domicile: 2 Marks
• Merit List: 80 Marks

Interview / Skill Test

• Total: 20 Marks
• Where both Interview & Skill Test are conducted:
• Interview: 10 Marks
• Skill Test: 10 Marks

If candidates obtain equal marks, preference will be given to the elder candidate.

• Gender Specialist and Financial Literacy Specialist are open to candidates from other states, but Chhattisgarh residents receive preference and bonus marks.
• Contract appointment will initially be for 2 years, extendable annually based on performance.
• Appointment may be terminated as per contract conditions.
• Posts are co-terminus with the scheme.
