Educational Qualification

Applicants must satisfy all of the following:

1.      Passed Higher Secondary (10+2).

2.      Must be a resident of the concerned cooperative society area.

3.      Must belong to a tendu leaf collector family that has collected at least 500 bundles every year for a minimum of three years during the last five years before appointment.

4.      A self-attested copy of the tendu leaf collection card must be attached.

5.      Must possess one of the following recognized computer qualifications:

o    ITI Certificate/Diploma in Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA)

o    Diploma (minimum 2 years) in Computer Science/Information Technology/Modern Office Management

o    PG Diploma/Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/IT/Computer Application from a recognized university

o    DOEACC Society Diploma

o    Diploma in Computer Application (DCA)

6.      The required qualification must be obtained on or before the last date of application.

7.      Government/Semi-Government employees must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

Age Limit

Cut-off Date: 01 January 2026

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 35 Years

Age Relaxation

• SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 5 Years
• Female Candidates (as per Chhattisgarh Civil Services Rules, 1997): 10 Years
• Ex-servicemen and eligible candidates under State Government rules: As per Government norms
• Maximum age after all relaxations: 45 Years

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

Total Marks: 125

Merit Calculation

1. Higher Secondary (10+2)

• Marks equal to the percentage obtained
• Maximum: 100 Marks

2. Graduation

• One-fifth (1/5) of the percentage obtained
• Maximum: 20 Marks

3. Computer Qualification

• Certificate/Diploma: 3 Marks
• Higher Qualification (PG Diploma/Graduate/Post Graduate): 5 Marks

Merit List

• A district-level merit list will be prepared.
• In case of a tie, the older candidate will be given preference.

Appointment Process

1.      Police verification is mandatory before joining.

2.      Medical fitness certificate from a Government Hospital is mandatory.

3.      Selected candidates must deposit ₹10,000 as security (cash/fixed deposit/security deposit).

4.      Appointment will initially be on one-year probation.

5.      Regular appointment will be made after satisfactory performance evaluation.

Pay Scale / Salary Details

• Salary will be as prescribed by Chhattisgarh State Minor Forest Produce Federation Limited, Raipur.
