2. Pediatric Specialist

3. General Surgeon

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

• Selection will be conducted through Virtual Interview.
• Interview Date: 13 May 2026 (Wednesday) from 11:00 AM
• Interviews will continue every Friday at 11:00 AM until all posts are filled.
• Selection will be done by the selection committee constituted after approval of the District Collector, Bijapur.
• Decision of the Selection Committee shall be final and binding.

Pay Scale / Salary Details

Additional Details:

• Maximum remuneration up to Rs. 2.40 lakh may be given to PG Degree holders.
• Diploma holders may receive up to Rs. 2.20 lakh.
• No additional incentive/CRM amount will be payable apart from negotiated remuneration.

Important Instructions / Terms & Conditions

1.      All posts are purely temporary/contractual.

2.      Salary will be paid under District Mineral Foundation Fund provisions.

3.      Number of posts may increase, decrease, or advertisement may be partially/fully cancelled.

4.      CG Medical Council registration is mandatory within three months after joining.

5.      Service can be terminated by giving one month notice by either side.

6.      No pension or other retirement benefits will be provided after completion of service.

7.      Candidates removed from Government/Semi-Government service for misconduct or inefficiency are not eligible.

8.      NOC is compulsory for currently employed Government/Semi-Government candidates.

9.      Unsatisfactory work or misconduct may lead to immediate termination.

10. No claim for regular government appointment will be accepted after appointment.

11. Appointed employees must reside at headquarters/place of posting.

12. Transfer facility will not be available.

13. Only relevant experience in Government/Semi-Government institutions will be considered valid.

14. Medical fitness certificate submission is mandatory at joining time.

15. Appointment may be cancelled if found medically unfit.
