Educational Qualification

Essential Qualification

1.      Matriculation or equivalent from recognized Board.

2.      Proficiency in handling Private Board Exchange (PBX) Board.

3.      Minimum 06 months experience in handling PBX Board.

Desirable Qualification

• Fluency in spoken English and Hindi.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 25 Years
• Age will be calculated as on the last date of receipt of application.

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

Written Test

• Total Marks: 100
• Merit will be prepared based on Written Test marks only.
• English section will be in English only.

Subject in Written Test

Practical Test & Interview

• Practical Test and Interview are qualifying in nature only.
• Conducted to check proficiency in handling exchange operation.

Medical Test

• Shortlisted candidates will undergo medical examination as per Government rules.

Pay Scale / Salary Details

• Pay Scale: Rs. 21,700/- + Allowances
• Pay Level: Level-3, Cell-1
• As per 7th CPC Pay Matrix.

Candidates must also carry original documents during examination.

Important Instructions / Terms & Conditions

1.      Appointment will be on probation for 2 years.

2.      Permanent absorption will be subject to satisfactory performance.

3.      Applications without PBX experience certificate will be rejected.

4.      Incomplete or unsigned applications will be rejected.

5.      Late applications will not be accepted.

6.      False information or forged documents will lead to cancellation of candidature.

7.      No TA/DA will be paid for examination/interview.

8.      Candidates must arrange their own boarding and lodging.

9.      Government employees must apply through proper channel.

10. Recruitment board decision will be final.

11. Appointing authority may cancel, postpone or modify recruitment without notice.

12. Selection process is purely merit-based.

13. Attempts to influence recruitment may lead to legal action.

14. Candidates entering into prohibited marriage conditions will be disqualified.

15. National Pension System (NPS) will apply for new entrants after 01 Jan 2004.
