• Minimum 35 years of R&D work experience in:
• Electrical Integration
• Checkout, testing & evaluation
• Onboard power pack PCBs
• Flight cable harness
• ATGM missiles (NAG, NAG-Mk2, HELINA, DHRUVASTRA, MPATGM)
• Knowledge of Environmental testing
• Documentation for ToT
• EMI-EMC Testing
• Integration & qualification testing

Admin Post (337)

• Minimum 15 years experience in:
• Project Administration
• Accounting/Finance
• Audit Observations
• Technical logistics
• Knowledge of DPFM 2021, DRDO Procurement Manual, Delegation of Financial Powers

Preference: Experience in DRDO.

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

• Selection based on eligibility and Terms of Reference (TOR).
• Preference to candidates with DRDO experience.
• Secretary DD (R&D) reserves right to examine/review/terminate consultancy.
• Gap of 15 days required between retirement and appointment.

Pay Scale / Salary Details

For Pensioners

• Monthly remuneration = Last pay drawn minus basic pension.
• No annual increment.
• Conveyance Allowance:
• ₹3000 up to Pay Level-11
• ₹5000 for Pay Level-12 to 14 and above

For Non-Pensioner (PSU Retirees)

For NPS Retirees

• 30% of last basic pay deducted.
• Fixed monthly remuneration.
• Conveyance as above.

Other Allowances:

• No DA, CGHS, transport, accommodation, medical reimbursement.
• TA/DA admissible for official travel.
• Pension continues.

• Can be called on holidays without extra benefit.
• 1.5 days paid leave per completed month.
• No re-employment status.
• No additional facilities except remuneration & conveyance.
• Consultant must follow NDA and Government conduct rules.
• Department not responsible for injury/loss.

• Remuneration payable in subsequent month.
