Candidates who attended Group Discussion/Personal Interview earlier for Junior Officers role and were not selected are not eligible to apply.

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

• Group Discussion and/or Personal Interview
• Group Discussion is an elimination stage
• Bank reserves the right to modify the selection process
• Bank’s decision will be final

Pay Scale / Salary Details

Total CTC at joining: Rs. 7.56 lakhs per annum

Break-up:
• Fixed CTC – Rs. 4.20 lakhs (including NPS contribution)
• Variable Pay – Rs. 2.88 lakhs (based on performance)
• Health Insurance Premium – Rs. 0.48 lakhs (Coverage Rs. 5.25 lakhs)

• Annual Increment based on performance

Other allowances applicable to regular employees are not applicable.  

Terms of Employment

• Contract basis for 3 years

• High performing candidates may be considered for Assistant Manager (Scale I) without obligation
