Educational Qualification

1. Multi-purpose Staff/Cook

• Minimum 10th Pass from recognized board/institution.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Government/Non-Government organization in related field.

2. Security Guard/Night Guard

• Minimum 8th Pass from recognized board/institution.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field (Security).

Age Limit (As on 01.01.2026)

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 35 Years

Age Relaxation

Age relaxation will be applicable as per instructions issued by Chhattisgarh General Administration Department from time to time.

SELECTION PROCESS / RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Selection Authority

District Collector will be the appointing authority.

Merit Calculation

Total 80 Marks (Based on):

• Educational Qualification (Percentage-based weighted marks up to 60)
• Experience (2 marks per additional year after minimum, maximum 10 marks)
• Experience in Women Helpline / One Stop Center / State Home (Bonus 2 marks per year, maximum 10 marks)

Additional Marks:

• Multi-purpose Staff/Cook: Skill Test (10 Marks) + Interview (10 Marks)
• Security Guard/Night Guard: Interview (20 Marks)

Final Selection

• Merit List prepared on total marks.
• In case of tie: Preference based on experience, then age seniority.
• Selection Committee recommendation approved by District Collector.
• Collector’s decision final.

2.      Fill online application form between 17.02.2026 to 21.02.2026.

3.      Upload required documents (self-attested).

4.      Submit form online.

5.      Correction (Editing) facility available till last date.

• Police Verification (after selection)
• Health Fitness Certificate (after selection)
• Stamp Paper Affidavit ₹50/- (for selected candidates)

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS / TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.      Only female candidates eligible.

2.      Chhattisgarh domicile mandatory.

3.      Age proof mandatory.

4.      Health fitness required within 1 month of selection.

5.      Police verification mandatory before joining.

6.      Work is sensitive in nature.

7.      Confidentiality of victims must be maintained.

8.      No TA/DA for interview.

9.      No additional allowance except fixed honorarium.

10. Appointment purely contractual.

11. Initial contract: 2 years.

12. Extension possible yearly based on performance.

13. Service may be terminated with 1 month notice or 1 month honorarium.

14. Posts temporary; subject to scheme duration.

15. District Collector’s decision final in disputes.
