Educational Qualification

• Graduate Degree (B.E / B.Tech) in relevant discipline in First Division with GATE
  OR
• Post Graduate Degree (M.E / M.Tech) in relevant discipline in First Division at both Graduate and Post Graduate level

Age Limit (with cut-off date)

• Upper Age Limit: 28 years
• Cut-off Date: Last date for receipt of application

Age Relaxation (Category-wise)

• Age relaxation applicable for SC / ST / OBC (NCL) candidates as per Government rules

Pay Scale / Salary Details

• Stipend: ₹37,000 per month

• Fellowship does not confer right for absorption in DRDO
• Candidates may register for Ph.D during fellowship tenure
• Candidates already awarded JRF in any DRDO unit earlier are not eligible

• TA reimbursement: Sleeper class train fare by shortest route
• NOC mandatory for serving candidates
