Educational Qualification

Experience Requirement

• Minimum 5 years cumulative experience during the last 10 years
• Experience must be in:
• Mining Operations OR
• Mine Planning
• Experience should be at senior management level in an organization of repute

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

• Final selection through PESB Interview

Pay Scale / Salary Details

• Scale of Pay: ₹1,60,000 – ₹2,90,000 (IDA)
• Schedule: Schedule ‘B’
• Age of Superannuation: 60 Years
• Eligible feeder scales include:
• ₹6,250–7,475 (IDA) pre-1992
• ₹8,520–10,050 (IDA) post-1992
• ₹18,500–23,900 (IDA) post-1997
• ₹43,200–66,000 (IDA) post-2007
• ₹1,00,000–2,60,000 (IDA) post-2017
• CDA scales also specified for Govt. officers

2.      Fill the application form online only for Advt. No. 19/2026

3.      Submit application through proper channel as applicable:

o    Central Govt. Officers → Cadre Controlling Authority

o    CPSE Officers → Concerned Ministry / CPSE

o    SPSE Officers → State Administrative Secretary

o    Private Sector Candidates → Directly to PESB

4.      Option to:

o    Forward application online OR

o    Take printout and send offline through proper channel

5.      Ensure application reaches PESB within prescribed timelines

Documents Required

• Annual Reports of the company (last 3 financial years) – for Private Sector
• Proof of company being listed (if applicable)
• Proof of Board-level or below Board-level position
• Self-attested copies of:
• Age proof
• Educational qualification
• Details of relevant jobs handled
• Vigilance clearance & vigilance profile (mandatory)
• Undertaking to join if selected

Important Instructions / Terms & Conditions

• Application without undertaking will be rejected
• Appointment for 5 years or till superannuation, whichever is earlier
• Central Government officers considered only on immediate absorption basis
• Withdrawal after interview or offer leads to 2-year debarment
• Incomplete or late applications will be rejected
• No relaxation requests will be entertained
