Educational Qualification

Para Legal Personnel / Lawyer

• Law Degree / Legal Training / Knowledge of Laws
• Minimum 3 years experience in Government/Non-Government women-related projects OR
• Minimum 2 years litigation experience in any court

Office Assistant

• Graduate
• Diploma in Computer/IT
• Minimum 3 years experience in data management, documentation, web-based reporting, video conferencing

Case Worker

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law / Social Work / Sociology / Social Science / Psychology / Economics
• Minimum 3 years experience in women-related Government/Non-Government projects
• Must be a local resident

Security Guard / Night Guard

• Minimum 8th pass
• At least 2 years experience as security guard
• Preference: Retired military/paramilitary personnel
  Age Limit (with Cut-off Date)

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 45 years
• Cut-off Date: 01 January 2026

Age Relaxation (Category-wise)

• Age relaxation applicable as per State Government rules
• Maximum age including relaxation shall not exceed 45 years

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

• Application scrutiny based on eligibility
• Merit prepared on numerical system (Total 80 Marks)
• Educational qualification: Maximum 60 marks
• Additional experience: Maximum 10 marks
• Experience in Sakhi/Women Helpline: Maximum 10 marks
• Walk-in Interview / Skill Test: 20 marks
• Knowledge of local language/dialect mandatory
• Preference given to older candidate in case of tie
• Final selection by District Collector
