Educational Qualification

 Assistant Grade-03:

1.      Passed 10+2 examination from a recognized Board
OR
Passed Old Higher Secondary Examination and passed First Year of Graduation in any subject from a recognized University

2.      One-year Diploma/Certificate in Data Entry Operator / Programming from a recognized institution

3.      Hindi typing speed of 5,000 key depressions per hour on computer (skill test will be conducted)

4.      Typing speed certificate (Hindi or English) from a recognized Board/Institution or Chhattisgarh Shorthand Typing Examination Council

Age Limit (with Cut-off Date)

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 35 years
• Cut-off Date for Age Calculation: 01.01.2026
• Maximum age after all relaxations: 45 years

Age Relaxation (Category-wise)

• SC / ST / OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 5 years
• Women (domicile of Chhattisgarh): 10 years
• Government / Temporary / Work-charged employees of Chhattisgarh: up to 38 years
• Retrenched Government servants: as per rules (maximum limit applicable)
• Ex-servicemen (Chhattisgarh): relaxation equal to defence service rendered (subject to limits)

Selection Process / Recruitment Process
