Educational Qualification

• Candidate must have passed 8th examination.
• Higher qualification will not provide any additional benefit in selection.
• Where marks are given through a grading system instead of marks/percentage, the candidate must submit a certificate from the Head of the concerned institution/school showing conversion of the grade into marks/percentage.

Age Limit

The age will be calculated as on 01 September 2026.

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 35 years
• Applicable age relaxation will be provided according to the relevant government instructions.
• After including all applicable age relaxations, the maximum age will not exceed 45 years.

• Age relaxation for eligible special categories will be provided according to the applicable Government of Chhattisgarh rules/instructions.
• After all applicable relaxations, the maximum age limit is 45 years.

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

The selection process mentioned in the PDF is:

1.      A merit list will be prepared by the Selection Committee.

2.      The merit list will be prepared on the basis of the percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying examination.

3.      If the qualifying examination uses grades instead of marks, the candidate must provide the required grade-to-percentage conversion certificate.

4.      Applications will be scrutinized according to the applicable Government of Chhattisgarh instructions, guidelines and prescribed criteria.

5.      Selection will be made on the basis of the merit list prepared by the Selection Committee.

Documents Required

Important Instructions / Terms & Conditions

Age

• Age will be calculated as on 01 September 2026.

Nature of Appointment

• The appointment is purely temporary.
• The service may be terminated by giving one month's prior notice, as mentioned in the notification.

Employment Registration

• A valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate existing before the advertisement date must be attached.

False Information

• If false information or concealment of information is discovered after publication of the selection list, criminal proceedings may be initiated and the candidature/selection may be cancelled.

Application Form

• The application must be submitted in the prescribed format.
• Incomplete, unclear or defective applications may be treated as invalid.

Marriage Condition

• A candidate who married before the prescribed minimum marriageable age will not be eligible for appointment.
• In case of any dispute, the Selection Committee will have the authority to take the decision.

The reservation roster has been prepared according to the instructions of the General Administration Department, including the reference A-13-14/2009/आर.प्र./1 dated 29.12.2012, as mentioned in the notification.
