Educational Qualification

1.      Health Supervisor

o    10+2 Science / I.Sc. from a recognized institution.

2.      Junior Regional Investigator

o    Intermediate / 10+2 with Mathematics from a recognized institution.

3.      Multipurpose Health Worker

o    10+2 Science / I.Sc. from a recognized institution.

4.      Veterinary Assistant / Medical Assistant

o    Intermediate in Biology/Life Science from a recognized college/institution.

5.      Insect Collector

o    Intermediate / 10+2 in Biology/Life Science from a recognized institution.

6.      Fisheries Technical Assistant

o    Intermediate / 10+2 in Biology/Life Science from a recognized institution.

7.      Qualification Reference Date

o    The last date of online application is the reference date for educational qualification.

o    Candidates must possess the required qualification by that date.

Age Limit

1.      Minimum Age: 18 Years

2.      Maximum Age – Unreserved: 35 Years

3.      Maximum Age – EWS: 35 Years

4.      EBC-I Male: 37 Years

5.      BC-II Male: 37 Years

6.      Women – UR/EWS/EBC-I/BC-II: 38 Years

7.      SC/ST – Male & Female: 40 Years

8.      Maximum age is prescribed under Resolution No. 03 dated 02-01-2026.

Age Relaxation

1.      Persons with Disabilities: 10 Years additional relaxation

2.      Disability should generally be 40% or more.

3.      Valid disability certificate is required.

4.      Ex-Servicemen: 5 Years additional relaxation

5.      Ex-Serviceman certificate is required during verification.

6.      PwD and Ex-Serviceman age relaxation cannot be claimed together.

7.      Only one of these additional relaxations is admissible.

Selection Process

1.      Recruitment through Jharkhand Intermediate Level Combined Competitive Examination-2026 (JILCCE-2026).

2.      Examination may be conducted in CBT or OMR Mode.

3.      Normalization will apply where examinations are conducted in multiple shifts/groups.

4.      CBT merit will be prepared using normalized marks.

5.      Successful/shortlisted candidates will undergo document verification.

6.      Eligibility remains provisional until certificate verification.

7.      Overall process:
Online Application → CBT/OMR Exam → Normalization → Merit/Shortlisting → Document Verification → Recommendation/Appointment

8.      Issuance of an admit card does not confirm final eligibility.

Pay Scale / Salary

1.      Health Supervisor: ₹5,200–20,200 + Grade Pay ₹2,400

2.      Junior Regional Investigator: ₹5,200–20,200 + Grade Pay ₹2,000

3.      Multipurpose Health Worker: ₹5,200–20,200 + Grade Pay ₹1,900

4.      Veterinary Assistant / Medical Assistant: ₹5,200–20,200 + Grade Pay ₹1,900

5.      Insect Collector: ₹5,200–20,200 + Grade Pay ₹1,800

6.      Fisheries Technical Assistant: ₹5,200–20,200 + Grade Pay ₹1,800

2.      Open “Online Application for JILCCE-2026.”

3.      Complete online registration.

4.      Registration Number and Password will be sent to the registered mobile number/email.

5.      Keep login credentials safe.

6.      Log in using the registration credentials.

7.      Fill in personal details.

8.      Enter educational qualification details.

9.      Enter reservation/category details.

10. Fill in other required information.

11. Use “Save and Continue” after completing each page.

12. Pay the examination fee.

13. Upload a recent scanned photograph.

14. Upload the full scanned signature.

15. Verify all entered information.

16. Submit the final application.

17. Take a printout of the submitted application.

Documents Required

1.      Matriculation/10th certificate or marksheet.

2.      10+2/Intermediate certificate.

3.      10+2/Intermediate marksheet.

4.      Jharkhand local resident/domicile certificate, if applicable.

5.      SC certificate, if applicable.

6.      ST certificate, if applicable.

7.      EBC-I/BC-II caste certificate, if applicable.

8.      Non-Creamy Layer certificate/declaration, if applicable.

9.      EWS Income & Asset Certificate, if applicable.

10. Disability certificate, if applicable.

11. Ex-Serviceman certificate, if applicable.

12. Sports quota certificate, if applicable.

13. Recent scanned photograph.

14. Scanned full signature.

16. Original certificates for document verification.

17. Prescribed writing-disability/scribe certificate, where applicable.

Important Instructions

1.      Read the complete advertisement/brochure before applying.

2.      Check educational qualification, age, reservation, residence and other eligibility conditions.

3.      Candidate's name must exactly match the Matric/10th certificate.

4.      Do not add prefixes such as Shri/Mr.

5.      Date of birth must match the Matric certificate.

6.      Supporting certificates must contain correct candidate and father's names.

7.      Keep the scanned photograph and full signature ready before applying.

8.      Admission to the examination is provisional.

9.      Eligibility certificates may be verified after the examination.

10. Failure to attend verification may result in cancellation.

11. Failure to produce valid certificates may lead to denial of reservation/benefits or cancellation.

12. Jharkhand reservation benefits require prescribed local residence and category certificates.

13. Central Government OBC certificates are not acceptable for Jharkhand EBC-I/BC-II reservation under the stated conditions.

14. A woman migrating to Jharkhand due to marriage does not automatically receive reservation benefits.

15. PwD benefits generally require 40% or more disability.

16. Eligible PwD candidates may receive a scribe facility.

17. Scribe requests, where applicable, must be submitted at least 15 days before the examination.

18. If multiple applications are submitted, the latest finally submitted application will be considered valid.

19. Previous applications will be cancelled.

20. Fees paid for cancelled earlier applications will not be refunded.

21. Candidates eligible for multiple posts may provide post preferences.

22. False information/declarations may lead to cancellation and further action.

23. The number of vacancies may increase or decrease according to departmental requirements.
