Minimum Qualifying Marks

• For essential/requisite qualifications: 45% minimum qualifying marks for direct recruitment to Non-Executive positions.
• Intermediate CA/ICWA and certifications, wherever applicable, have no prescribed minimum qualifying marks; a pass is sufficient.

Written Examination

• Weightage: 100%
• Conducted by an independent external agency notified as a Public Examination Authority.
• Written-test cut-off:
• UR/OBC-NCL/EWS: 50%
• SC/ST: 45%
• PwD: Relaxed standard as per Government guidelines.

Document Verification

• Normally candidates are called in a ratio of 1:7 in order of merit.
• If fewer than 7 candidates per vacancy qualify, all qualifying candidates may be called.

Skill/Trade Test

• Conducted after Document Verification.
• Qualifying in nature only.
• Candidates are classified as Suitable/Not Suitable.
• Final merit is based on Written Test marks after eliminating candidates found Not Suitable.

• Experience details, employer, designation, duties, CTC/pay scale etc. must be supported by documents.
• Joining time normally may be up to 30 days; extension may be allowed up to 3 months on reasonable grounds and written request.
