NT-01/2026 to NT-03/2026. A total of 60 vacancies are advertised for Staff Nurse, Ayurvedic Pharmacist and Clerk. Educational Qualification


Staff Nurse — NT-01/2026

Candidate must possess:

1.      Matric.

2.      Be a Grade Nurse registered with Haryana Nurses Registration Council or its equivalent.

3.      Matric with Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subjects; OR
10+2/BA/MA with Hindi as one of the subjects.


Ayurvedic Pharmacist — NT-02/2026

Two qualification routes are provided.

Route 1

1.      Up-Vaidya from any recognized University/Institution/Board or Faculty of Indian System of Medicine established by law in India or recognized by Government.

2.      Matric or its equivalent.

3.      Matric with Hindi or Sanskrit as one subject; OR 10+2/BA/MA with Hindi as one subject.

OR Route 2

1.      Diploma in Ayurvedic Pharmacy from any recognized University/Institution/Board or Faculty of Indian System of Medicine established by law in India or recognized by Government.

2.      10+2 examination passed with Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

3.      Matric with Hindi or Sanskrit as one subject; OR 10+2/BA/MA with Hindi as one subject.


Clerk — NT-03/2026

1.      Graduate from a recognized University.

For Ex-Servicemen: pensionable service and 1st Class Army Certificate OR Graduate Certificate issued by competent authority of Defence Services, as specified in the advertisement.

2.      Candidate must qualify a written test of language/General Knowledge of graduation standard as prescribed by competent authority.

3.      Candidate must qualify a data-entry/computer test at 30 words per minute, including use of internet and e-mail, as prescribed.

4.      Matric with Hindi or Sanskrit as one subject OR 10+2/BA/MA with Hindi as one subject.

5.      Candidate must qualify the State Eligibility Test in Computer Appreciation and Applications (SETC) within the probation period of two years, extendable by one year.

A Clerk appointed in Group-C will not be entitled to earn increment in the pay scale until he/she qualifies SETC. Failure to qualify can result in termination of services.

For Ex-Servicemen, the specified relaxation applies provided the candidate rendered continuous military service for at least six months before release and was released otherwise than by dismissal/discharge due to misconduct or inefficiency.

For Haryana Government ad-hoc/contract/work-charged/daily wage workers, once a person obtains regular appointment using this relaxation, the same benefit cannot again be claimed for subsequent appointment.


Additional Age Notes

  • Relaxation for DSC /OSC /BCA /BCB /EWS /PwBD /ESM candidates of Haryana is admissible only where the post is reserved for that category.
  • Except Ex-Servicemen, the upper age limit after one or more applicable relaxations cannot exceed 52 years.
  • For contractual/ad-hoc etc. candidates claiming relaxation, an experience certificate for the equivalent post issued by the appointing authority of the concerned Department/Board/Corporation/Government-aided institution is required.

Nationality / Citizenship Conditions

Candidate must be:

  • Citizen of India; or
  • Subject of Nepal; or
  • Subject of Bhutan; or
  • Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1 January 1962 with intention of permanently settling in India; or
  • Person of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia or Vietnam with intention of permanently settling in India.

Candidates in specified non-Indian citizen categories require an eligibility certificate issued by the Government of India.

All applicants may provisionally appear in Phase-1 subject to subsequent eligibility verification.

Phase 2 — Academic Achievement

Maximum: 10 marks, rounded up to 2 decimal points.

Staff Nurse: GNM/B.Sc Nursing – 10 marks on percentage basis.

Ayurvedic Pharmacist: Up-Vaidya/Diploma in Ayurvedic Pharmacy – 10 marks on percentage basis.

Physical Document Verification

Candidates will initially be shortlisted in a 1:5 post-to-candidate ratio in each category, based on Written Test + Academic Achievement marks.

Eligibility will be checked during Physical Document Verification.

If eligible candidates are fewer than the advertised posts during scrutiny, the next candidate(s) on merit may be called.

Shortlisted candidates will be informed through email and the list will also be uploaded on the University website/portal.


Final Merit

Final selection is based on:

Written Test (90) + Academic Achievement (10) = 100 marks

Tie-Breaking

1.      Age: Elder candidate gets seniority.

2.      Name: If DOB is the same, candidate whose English name comes first alphabetically gets seniority.

3.      Father's Name: If still tied, candidate whose father's name comes first alphabetically in English gets seniority.

Clerk Selection Process

Total merit: 100 marks


Phase 1 — English Typing Test

  • Mode: Computer only
  • Duration: 10 minutes
  • Maximum marks: 15
  • Minimum qualifying speed: 30 NWPM (Net Words Per Minute)

Mark Calculation

For every additional NWPM above 30 NWPM:

0.5 mark per additional NWPM, subject to maximum 15 marks.

Formula:

(NWPM – 30) × 0.5

The PDF examples state:

  • 30 NWPM = 0 mark.
  • 65 NWPM mathematically gives 17.5 marks, but maximum awarded will be 15 marks.

Phase 2 — Written Test

Only candidates qualifying Phase-1 with at least 30 NWPM are eligible.

How to Apply — Step-by-Step

1.      Visit the University's online recruitment portal.

2.      Compulsorily register online.

3.      Before applying, verify eligibility according to the qualification prescribed for the concerned post.

4.      Provide Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP)/Mobile Number for registration.

5.      After registration, a Login ID will be generated.

6.      Complete the registration process using the Login ID.

7.      Select the appropriate advertisement/post according to your qualification.

8.      Fill in the online application carefully.

9.      Upload all prescribed scanned documents.

10. Pay the applicable application fee.

11. Submit the application.

12. Take a printout of the submitted online application.

13. Sign every page of the downloaded/printed application.

14. Upload and submit the scanned copy of the duly signed application.

15. Retain a copy for future reference.

The online application process is considered complete only after uploading the duly signed copy of the downloaded application form.

If the candidate pays the fee but fails to upload the duly signed scanned application form, candidature will not be entertained.

15. Proof of work on ad-hoc/contract/work-charged/daily wage basis in Haryana Government Department/Board/Corporation for candidates claiming applicable age relaxation.


Documents Required at Physical Document Verification

Candidates must bring the original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies of each document, including:

1.      License/Passport/Voter Card/PAN Card/Aadhaar Card etc.

2.      Matric certificate.

3.      10+2 certificate.

4.      Diploma/Certificate for each semester/year.

5.      Graduation certificate and relevant DMCs/degree.

6.      Haryana reserved-category certificate, as applicable: OSC /DSC /BCA /BCB /EWS /PwBD /ESM /DESM /DFF.

7.      NOC from present employer if already in service.

8.      10th certificate showing Hindi/Sanskrit OR 10+2/Graduation/Post-Graduation certificate showing Hindi as a subject.

9.      Two printed copies of the online application form, along with photograph uploaded in the application and Government-issued identity proof.

For annual-system graduation, 1st, 2nd and 3rd year DMCs and degree are required.

For semester-system graduation, 1st to 6th semester DMCs, consolidated DMCs and degree are required.

For B.Tech, 1st to 8th semester DMCs, consolidated DMCs and degree are required.

For ESM, Graduate Certificate issued by Army/Navy/Air Force is applicable as stated.

Failure to appear for Physical Document Verification or failure to produce original documents will result in disqualification from the selection process.

Reservation Conditions

Reservation benefits are available only to eligible Haryana domicile DSC /OSC /BC-A /BC-B /EWS /PwBD /ESM candidates as per Haryana Government policy.

Women claiming DSC /OSC /BC-A /BC-B reservation must submit caste certificate issued by competent authority from the parental/father's side. Certificate from the husband's/in-laws' side will not be entertained.

BC-A/BC-B candidates must submit the latest/updated certificate according to applicable Government instructions.

Candidates holding OBC certificates are advised to submit the required BC-A/BC-B certificate.

Haryana reserved-category candidates may apply against General posts if eligible under General-category conditions.

Reserved-category candidates of other States will compete against General/Unreserved posts and be treated as General/UR candidates.

 EWS Certificate

Haryana EWS candidates must attach an Income & Asset Certificate issued according to Haryana Government instructions.

The EWS certificate must:

  • Be valid for 2026-27.
  • Be issued before the closing date of the advertisement.

Evidence of Age

The only acceptable evidence of age is:

Matriculation Certificate or equivalent academic certificate.


Important Eligibility Conditions

All required certificates/documents relating to education, experience, age, domicile, caste/category etc. must be possessed on or before the closing date.

Improvement in marks after the closing date will not be considered.

Possession of minimum qualifications does not automatically entitle a candidate to be called for written/typing test.

All educational qualifications must be from a University/Institution/Board recognized by Government of India/State Government or approved by Government regulatory bodies.

The final result of the qualifying examination should have been declared on or before the last date of application.

 BC-A / BC-B Certificate Special Condition

Backward Class Block A & B Non-Creamy Layer candidates and EWS candidates claiming reservation must submit certificates from the competent Haryana authority.

For BC-A/BC-B, the PDF states that the applicable certificate must be issued on or after 01.04.2026, and the candidate must establish that he/she is not covered under creamy-layer/income criteria as per State Government instructions.

CGPA/OGPA/SGPA Conditions

Where CGPA/OGPA/SGPA or another grading system is awarded in a degree/diploma, the equivalent percentage must be entered in the application according to the norms adopted by the concerned University/Institute.

The candidate must produce a copy of the relevant conversion norms at document verification.

NOC Requirement

Employees of:

  • Boards

must upload an NOC issued by the competent authority of their parent department with the online application or submit it during Document Verification.

Failure to produce the required NOC can result in rejection.

PwBD — Scribe / Extra Time

Eligible Persons with Benchmark Disabilities may be allowed 20 minutes compensatory time per hour in each paper, subject to prescribed medical certification and University permission.

Blindness/Low Vision candidates requiring a scribe must apply separately to the University at least 10 days before the examination.

The candidate must arrange his/her own scribe.

The scribe should be a studying student up to 10+2, with photo and particulars duly verified by the Principal of the institution.

Blindness/Low Vision candidates seeking extra time without a scribe must also obtain University permission.

Candidates with locomotor disability seeking extra/compensatory time must apply at least one week before the test and produce the required Medical Board certificate confirming that writing ability is severely affected.

The Centre Supervisor cannot grant such permission independently.

No Admit Card will be sent by post.

Signatures appearing on the application, attendance list, documents and correspondence must be identical. Variation can result in cancellation.

Success in the written examination does not itself create a right to appointment.

Penalty for Certain Acts

The advertisement provides for action against candidates found guilty of conduct including:

  • Offering illegal gratification.
  • Applying pressure.
  • Blackmailing or threatening persons connected with examination.
  • Impersonation.
  • Procuring impersonation.
  • Submitting fabricated/tampered documents.
  • Uploading irrelevant photographs instead of actual photo/signature.
  • Making false statements or suppressing material information.
  • Improperly obtaining question papers.
  • Trying to obtain particulars of persons connected with secret examination work.
  • Influencing examiners.
  • Using unfair means.
  • Writing/drawing obscene or irrelevant matter.
  • Misbehaving in examination hall.
  • Tearing scripts.
  • Provoking candidates to boycott examination.
  • Creating disorder.
  • Harassing or causing bodily harm to University examination staff.
  • Possessing/using prohibited electronic devices.
  • Violating instructions on the admission certificate.
  • Attempting or abetting any prohibited act.

Possible consequences include criminal prosecution, disqualification, permanent/temporary debarment from University examinations/selections, debarment from Government employment, and disciplinary action where applicable.


Important Instructions / Terms & Conditions

The University states that:

  • Eligibility is provisional until verified.
  • Issuance of an e-Admit Card does not mean final acceptance of eligibility.
  • Ineligible candidates can have their candidature cancelled at any stage.
  • The University may increase or decrease the number of posts.
  • It may decide not to fill or withdraw any advertised post.
  • It may amend the advertisement wholly or partly without assigning reasons.
