Educational Qualification

The mandatory minimum qualification stated in the notification is:

Graduate Degree in Physical Education and Graduate Degree in a Yoga Education-related field.

Age Limit

Age Relaxation

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

Selection will be based on merit.

A total of 100 marks have been prescribed.

Merit Calculation

Academic Qualification – 90% weightage

The percentage of marks obtained in the relevant Graduate Degree will be given 90% weightage.

Experience – Maximum 10 marks

• 1 year: 3 marks
• 2 years: 6 marks
• 3 years or more: 10 marks

Therefore:

Total Merit = Academic Weightage + Experience Marks = Maximum 100 Marks

Selection-related Conditions

1.      Selection will be made on the basis of merit.

2.      If the selected candidate does not join the post, the next candidate in the waiting list will be selected on merit.

3.      The District Selection Committee has the right to take the final decision regarding selection.

4.      The recruitment process may be cancelled.

5.      Incomplete or erroneous applications will not be accepted.

6.      A list of eligible and ineligible candidates for claim/objection will be displayed on the concerned institution's notice board and Bastar district's official website.

7.      Candidates selected for the advertised post must have live registration with the Employment Office.

8.      Police verification may be conducted as required; if the candidate is found guilty/adverse in police verification, service may be terminated.

Important Instructions / Terms & Conditions

1.      Appointment is purely temporary for the approved period of academic session 2026–27, up to 31 March 2027.

2.      Services will automatically end after expiry of the prescribed period.

3.      Temporary engagement does not create any right to claim regular appointment.

4.      Applicant must be a Chhattisgarh domicile holder.

5.      Relevant field experience will receive preference/marks.

6.      Selected candidates cannot file a court petition merely for honorarium enhancement or regularization.

7.      The Collector and Ex-officio District Mission Director may withdraw the advertisement/cancel the selection process.

8.      The authority may remove a selected candidate if work is not found satisfactory during the engagement period or in case of any other dispute.

9.      No application/appeal against such action will be considered in the circumstances specified in the notification.

10. All certificates enclosed with the application must be self-attested.

11. Copies of certificates must be clear; otherwise, the application may be rejected.

12. Candidate must be 21–40 years as on 01 January 2026.

13. Maximum age relaxation is applicable according to Government rules, subject to submission of a competent authority certificate.

14. Original educational and other certificates must be produced during document verification.

15. Only qualifications acquired before the advertisement date will be considered.

16. Selection is based on academic marks/merit and experience as prescribed.

17. Adverse police verification can lead to termination of service.

18. Live registration with the Employment Office is mandatory.

19. The District Selection Committee has the final authority regarding selection.

20. Incomplete and erroneous applications will not be accepted.

21. Separate information regarding invalid/rejected applications will not be sent individually.
