Educational Qualification

Yoga/Sports Teacher/Trainer

Minimum qualification:

• Degree in Physical Education, and
• Bachelor's degree in Yoga Education-related field.

Music Instructor

Candidate should possess:

• Bachelor's Degree in Music from a recognized university/institution, or equivalent qualification.
• Candidates having experience of working in the relevant field will be given preference.

Special Educator

Candidate must possess the minimum qualification from a recognized university/institution:

• D.El.Ed./B.Ed. (Special Education), and
• Bachelor's degree in the relevant field is mandatory.
• Candidates having experience in the relevant field will be given preference.

Age Limit

Cut-off Date: 01.01.2026

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 45 years

Age Relaxation

The notice only specifies that the candidate's age as on 01.01.2026 must be between 21 and 45 years.

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

Recruitment will be conducted through the prescribed Walk-in Interview/recruitment process.

The notice provides the following merit calculation:

Final Merit List

• 60% weightage of marks obtained in the mandatory educational qualification.
• Experience: Maximum 10 marks, calculated at 2 marks per year.
• Only experience related to the advertised post will be considered.
• Marks from educational qualification and experience will be combined to prepare the final merit list.
• Relevant experience certificates will be accepted only from Government/recognized institutions.
• Experience marks will be awarded only where the experience is related to the post.
• Experience of less than 12 months will not be counted.

Claims/Objections

Applications received within the prescribed time will be scrutinized and a list will be prepared on the same day.

The schedule specifies:

• Provisional eligible/ineligible list: 1:00 PM
• Claims/objections: 2:00 PM–3:00 PM
• Disposal of claims/objections: 4:00 PM

The Selection Committee's decision will be final in any dispute/problem arising during recruitment.

Pay Scale / Salary Details

Yoga/Sports Teacher/Trainer

₹10,000 per month – consolidated remuneration

Music Instructor

₹10,000 per month – consolidated remuneration

Special Educator

₹20,000 per month – consolidated remuneration

The notice clearly states that the prescribed remuneration will be paid as a consolidated amount, and no other allowance will be payable.

Period of Engagement

The posts are completely temporary.

For eligible trainers, the service period is:

10 months during academic session 2026–27, up to 31 March 2027.

After completion of the academic session, the engagement will automatically terminate.

How to Apply – Step-by-Step

This is a Walk-in recruitment process.

1.      Obtain/complete the prescribed application form provided with the notification.

2.      Mention the name of the post applied for.

3.      Fill personal information including name in Hindi and English, father/husband's name, date of birth, age, gender and Chhattisgarh domicile details.

4.      Enter complete educational/professional qualification details.

5.      Enter relevant work-experience details.

6.      Enter full correspondence address, mobile number and email ID.

7.      Attach the required self-attested photocopies.

8.      Arrange documents systematically in the prescribed order.

9.      Number the pages of the documents.

10. Affix a recent photograph in the application form and get it attested by a Gazetted Officer as instructed in the form.

11. Appear personally at Swami Atmanand Excellent English Medium School, Bijapur on the applicable Walk-in date.

12. Complete registration between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM.

13. Participate in document verification between 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM.

14. Follow the provisional list, objection and disposal process according to the prescribed schedule.

Important Instructions / Terms & Conditions

The notification contains extensive recruitment conditions:

• The posts are entirely temporary.
• Only the prescribed consolidated remuneration will be paid; no additional allowance is payable.
• Engagement is for 10 months, up to 31 March 2027, after which it automatically terminates.
• Candidates must self-attest the marksheets and documents attached to the application.
• Incomplete or erroneous applications will be rejected.
• Applicants will not necessarily receive separate individual information regarding rejection.
• All attached documents should be properly arranged and page-numbered.
• Documents should be arranged in the prescribed sequence: application form, residence certificate, educational qualification certificate, experience certificate and other certificates.
• Candidate must be 21–45 years old as on 01.01.2026.
• Any attempt to influence or exert pressure on the selection process will result in cancellation of candidature/application.
• The Selection Committee will have the final authority regarding disputes or problems arising during recruitment.
• Only residents of Chhattisgarh are eligible to apply.
• A residence certificate issued by the competent authority must be produced.
• Experience certificates without a clearly stated period of experience and without the employer's dispatch/reference number may be treated as invalid.
• Experience will be counted only after fulfillment of the required educational qualification.
• Experience of less than 12 months will not be considered for experience marks.
• Only relevant experience certificates issued by Government/recognized institutions will be accepted for merit purposes.
• Candidates selected for the post must submit all original documents before joining.
• Failure to produce original documents may result in automatic cancellation of appointment.
• Candidates should regularly check the District Bijapur website for recruitment updates.
• No separate personal communication regarding recruitment will be provided.
• Annual performance evaluation of appointed employees will be conducted by the controlling officer.
• A waiting list will also be prepared.
• Waiting-list validity will be one year from the date of issue.
• Vacancies arising due to resignation or any other reason during this period may be filled from the waiting list.
• The validity/number of candidates in the waiting list may be increased as required.
• After joining, the appointment may be terminated by giving one month's notice.
• Similarly, a candidate wishing to resign must provide one month's prior notice or deposit one month's salary.
