Educational Qualification

Candidate must possess any one of the following from a recognized University:

• Bachelor's Degree with at least one subject among:
• Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science
• Botany
• Chemistry
• Geology
• Mathematics
• Physics
• Statistics
• Zoology
• OR Agriculture Graduate
• OR Forestry Graduate
• OR Engineering Degree (as prescribed).

Age Relaxation

• Bihar Government Employees: 5 years (subject to prescribed conditions)
• Ex-Servicemen: 3 years plus military service benefit (maximum permissible age conditions apply)
• Other relaxations as per Bihar Government Rules.

Paper-I

• General Hindi
• 50 Questions
• 100 Marks
• Minimum Qualifying Marks: 30
• 1 Hour
• Negative Marking: 0.2

Paper-II

• General Studies
• 100 Questions
• 300 Marks
• 2 Hours
• Negative Marking: 0.3

Candidates up to 6 times the vacancies will be called for interview based on written marks. Interview carries 50 Marks. Final merit is prepared from Written + Interview marks. Physical Efficiency Test is qualifying.

• Pay Level: Level-6
• Salary: ₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400
