Educational Qualification

Candidate must possess:

• Postgraduate Degree in the relevant subject with Second Division.
• B.Ed. passed from a recognized institution/university.

 Selection Process / Recruitment Process

Selection will be based on:

1.      Merit prepared on the basis of Postgraduate marks.

2.      Preference will be given to applicants belonging to the same development block.

3.      If candidates from the concerned development block are unavailable, applicants from Surguja district will be considered.

4.      In case of equal postgraduate marks, the older candidate will be given preference.

Pay Scale / Salary Details

• Honorarium: ₹20,000 per month
• Payment will be made by the School Management and Development Committee (SMDC).
• Honorarium will be deducted proportionately for absence from duty.

 How to Apply (Step-by-Step)

1.      Download/obtain the prescribed application form.

2.      Fill in all required details carefully.

3.      Attach self-attested copies of all required certificates.

4.      Mention clearly on the envelope:

o    Applied Post

o    Subject

o    Name of the School

5.      Submit the application:

o    By Post, or

o    Personally during office hours

6.      Submit separate applications for each school if applying to multiple schools.

7.      Ensure the application reaches the concerned Government High School/Higher Secondary School by 15 July 2026.

• Graduation Marksheet
• Postgraduate Marksheet
• B.Ed. Marksheet
• Residence Certificate
• Other relevant certificates (if any)
• Passport-size colour photograph

Important Instructions / Terms & Conditions

• Guest teachers are engaged only as a temporary arrangement.
• No formal appointment order or regular posting will be issued.
• Formal joining instructions will be issued by the Chairman of the School Management Committee after selection.
• The arrangement will remain valid up to 31 March 2027.
• Selected teachers must participate in co-curricular activities in addition to teaching.
• They must follow all directions issued by the Head of Institution.
• Separate attendance registers will be maintained.
• Honorarium will be paid based on attendance.
• Separate applications are required for different schools.
• The application envelope must clearly mention the post, subject and school name.
• Applications must include self-attested copies of all required documents.
