 Educational Qualification

Candidate should possess any one of the following from a recognized university:

• Graduate in Agriculture
• Agriculture Engineering
• Horticulture
• Agribusiness Management
• BBA (Marketing)
• Equivalent Degree
• B.Sc. Bio (Self Help Group related qualification mentioned in notification)

Preference may be given to candidates belonging to Self Help Groups (SHGs) or their family members if they fulfill all eligibility conditions.

Experience

Minimum 02 years experience in:

• Agriculture production
• Forestry
• Non-Timber Forest Produce (NTFP)
• Processing
• Grading
• Marketing
• Rural development-related activities

Other Essential Qualifications

• Knowledge of Hindi and English.
• Knowledge of local language.
• Proficiency in Computer, MS Office.
• Skill in report writing and data management.
• Own two-wheeler vehicle for field visits.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 45 Years

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

Selection will be based on:

1.      Scrutiny of applications.

2.      Eligibility verification.

3.      Selection by the FPO Board Committee.

4.      Final approval by the Selection & Evaluation Committee.

The committee reserves the right to terminate the contract if performance is found unsatisfactory.

Pay Scale / Salary Details

Monthly Salary

• ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
• Salary will be fixed with the approval of the Board of Directors (BOD) and District Mission Management Unit.

Performance Incentive

• Up to 5% of annual net profit may be paid as incentive subject to approval.
