Educational Qualification

Educational qualifications vary according to the discipline. Eligible qualifications include:

• Diploma in Engineering
• B.E./B.Tech
• MCA
• MBA
• PG Degree
• PG Diploma
• M.Sc. (Chemistry)
• Fire & Industrial Safety Diploma
• HR/PM/IR related Post Graduate qualifications

Minimum Qualifying Marks

• General/OBC/EWS – 60%
• SC/ST – 55%

All qualifications must be obtained from a recognized University/Institute.

Age Limit (As on 30 June 2026)

No candidate aged 56 years or above shall be eligible for selection.

Age Relaxation

• SC/ST – 5 Years
• OBC (NCL) – 3 Years
• PwBD – 10 Years
• Ex-Servicemen – As per Government of India rules

Selection Process

The recruitment process consists of:

• Online Application
• Shortlisting of Candidates
• Personal Interview
• Document Verification

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the Personal Interview.

• Degree Engineers – ₹5,000/month
• Diploma Engineers – ₹3,000/month

Important Instructions / Terms & Conditions

• Initial contractual appointment is for one year, extendable up to three years based on performance.
• The cut-off date for age and experience is 30 June 2026.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the interview.
• Furnishing incorrect information may lead to rejection of candidature.
• Reservation benefits are applicable as per Government of India rules.
• Candidates involved in criminal cases should not apply.
• PDIL reserves the right to cancel, modify, increase, or decrease vacancies without prior notice.
• Eligible shortlisted candidates attending the interview will receive Travelling Allowance (TA) as per company rules.
