Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess:

• Graduation in Civil Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
• Degree should be from IITs, NITs, or other institutions ranked within the Top 100 in the NIRF Engineering Rankings for the year of graduation or the immediately preceding year if the candidate is completing graduation.
• Final-year students may also apply, provided they complete graduation before joining.

Domicile Requirement

• Candidates can apply only for vacancies of the State/UT of which they are domicile holders.
• For Andaman & Nicobar Islands, candidates from other States/UTs may apply if sufficient domicile candidates are unavailable. Preference will be given to domicile candidates.

Experience

• 0–2 years after obtaining the essential educational qualification.

Age Limit

• Upper Age Limit: 30 Years

Cut-off Date: As on the date of issue of advertisement (06 July 2026).

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

Selection/Engagement includes:

• Registration in the NHIDCL Resource Pool Portal.
• Shortlisting from the Eligible Pool of Applicants.
• Interview / Assessment (where required).
• Background Verification (BGV).
• Three-day Induction Module after engagement.
• Competency Tests may be conducted periodically.
• Registration in the portal does not guarantee appointment.

Pay Scale / Salary Details

Additional Benefits

• Consultancy fee approved by Competent Authority.
• Inclusive of all applicable taxes.
• No other allowance admissible except:
• 20% Location Allowance for deployment in Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
• Annual enhancement of 5% in consultancy fee.

2.      Register/Login.

3.      Fill in the online application.

4.      Upload the required profile/details.

5.      Submit the application between 08 July 2026 (10:00 AM) and 05 August 2026 (05:00 PM).

6.      All correspondence will be through email only.

7.      Candidates already having valid applications under Hiring Notice No. 05/2025 (as specified) need not apply again if eligible.

• Engagement is purely contractual.
• Initial tenure is 2 years, extendable by 1 year at a time up to 3 years, based on Consultants' Review Committee (CRC).
• Associates will function as independent consultants and not as NHIDCL employees.
• Only candidates fulfilling eligibility criteria should apply.
• Incorrect or misleading information may result in rejection.
• Vacancy numbers are tentative and may increase or decrease.
• NHIDCL reserves the right to fill all, some, or none of the vacancies.
• Email ID must remain active for one year.
• Corrigendum/addendum will be published only on NHIDCL website.
• Canvassing or external influence will lead to disqualification.
• Candidates should avoid middlemen/recruitment agents.
• Delhi High Court shall have jurisdiction.
• Background Verification (BGV) is mandatory.
• Unsatisfactory verification may result in cancellation of engagement.
