Educational Qualification

Candidate must be a woman possessing:

• Master's Degree in:
• Law
• Social Work
• Sociology
• Social Science
• Psychology
• Minimum 5 years experience in women-related fields.
• Experience in Government/Non-Government project/programme.
• Preference to candidates having at least 1 year counselling experience.
• Preference to local resident so local expertise can be utilized.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 45 Years

Cut-off Date:

01 January 2026

Age Relaxation

State Government age relaxation applicable.

However, after including all relaxations, maximum age shall not exceed 45 years.

Selection Process

Selection includes:

• Merit preparation
• Document verification
• Walk-in Interview
• Skill Test (where applicable)

Weightage:

• Educational Qualification – Maximum 60 Marks
• Additional Experience – Maximum 10 Marks
• Relevant State Experience – Maximum 10 Marks
• Total Merit – 80 Marks
• Interview/Skill Test – 20 Marks

Final selection will be prepared on combined merit.

Tie-breaking:

Preference to higher age.

Pay Scale / Salary Details

Monthly Fixed Honorarium

₹31,450 per month

Level-10

No additional allowances.
