Office of the District Programme Officer, Women & Child Development Department, Raipur has invited offline applications for recruitment to the post of IT Assistant under Mission Shakti – Hub for Empowerment of Women (DHEW). There is 01 contractual vacancy with a monthly remuneration of ₹20,900 (Level-7). Eligible candidates can submit applications from 02 July 2026 to 16 July 2026 (up to 5:30 PM). Selection will be based on merit and interview/skill test as per the prescribed marking system. Applications will be accepted only through Registered Post/Speed Post. Educational Qualification

Candidate must possess:

  • Graduate Degree in Computer / Information Technology.
  • Minimum 03 years' experience in:
    • Data Management
    • Process Documentation
    • Web-based Reporting Formats
  • Experience should be from Government / Semi-Government organizations.

Age Limit

(Cut-off Date: 01 January 2026)

  • Minimum Age: 21 Years
  • Maximum Age: 45 Years

Age Relaxatin

  • Age relaxation will be applicable to Chhattisgarh local residents as per State Government rules.
  • Maximum age after all relaxations shall not exceed 50 years.

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

Selection includes:

Merit Evaluation (80 Marks)

  • Educational Qualification Weightage – Maximum 60 Marks
  • Experience – 2 Marks per additional year after minimum experience (Maximum 18 Marks)
  • Chhattisgarh Local Resident Bonus – 2 Marks

Interview / Skill Test

  • 20 Marks

Total

  • 100 Marks

If candidates secure equal marks, preference will be given to the older candidate.

Important Instructions / Terms & Conditions

  • Appointment is purely contractual.
  • Initial contract period will be 2 years.
  • Contract may be extended one year at a time based on work performance and departmental requirement.
  • Appointment may be terminated with one month's notice or one month's salary in lieu thereof.
  • Appointment remains valid only till the continuation of the Government scheme.
  • Chhattisgarh domicile candidates will receive bonus marks in merit.
  • Experience certificates must be verified.
  • Voluntary service experience will not be treated as valid experience.
  • Separate application is required for each post.
  • Incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected.
  • Candidate must satisfy eligibility before applying.
  • Marriage-related eligibility conditions and declarations mentioned in the advertisement are applicable.
