Educational Qualification

1. Electrician

• Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent.
• National Trade Certificate (NTC)/National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC)/State Trade Certificate in relevant trade.
• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Preference to CITS/CTI/NVTI/RVTI/IOT qualified candidates.

2. Driver Cum Mechanic

• Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent.
• Relevant NTC/NAC/State Trade Certificate.
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or equivalent.
• Valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) Driving Licence mandatory.
• Preference to CITS/CTI/NVTI/RVTI/IOT qualified candidates.

3. Mechanic Diesel

• Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent.
• Relevant NTC/NAC/State Trade Certificate.
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or equivalent.
• Valid LMV Driving Licence mandatory.
• Preference to CITS/CTI/NVTI/RVTI/IOT qualified candidates.

4. Workshop Calculation & Engineering Drawing

• Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent.
• Relevant NTC/NAC/State Trade Certificate.
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Preference to CITS/CTI/NVTI/RVTI/IOT qualified candidates.

5. Machinist

• Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent.
• Relevant NTC/NAC/State Trade Certificate.
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• Preference to CITS/CTI/NVTI/RVTI/IOT qualified candidates.

6. COPA

• Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent.
• Relevant NTC/NAC/State Trade Certificate.
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent.
• OR DOEACC ‘A’ Level Certificate.
• OR BCA / PGDCA from recognized institution.
• Preference to CITS/CTI/NVTI/RVTI/IOT qualified candidates.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Age to be calculated on the last date of application submission.
• Applicant must be a native resident of Chhattisgarh.

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

1.      Merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained in prescribed technical qualification.

2.      Candidates possessing one-year CITS/NCIC qualification will be given preference.

3.      If CITS/NCIC candidates are unavailable, selection will be based on technical qualification merit.

4.      For trades requiring LMV licence, valid permanent LMV licence is mandatory.

5.      Selection and waiting lists will be prepared.

6.      No reservation is applicable in the selection process.

7.      Selected candidates will be informed through telephone/mobile only.

8.      No appointment letter will be issued.

Pay Scale / Salary Details

Guest Lecturer Honorarium:

• ₹140 per hour
• Maximum 5 hours per working day
• Maximum ₹15,000 per month
• Honorarium may be revised as per government instructions from time to time.

2.      Fill the application form completely in prescribed format.

3.      Attach self-attested copies of all required documents.

4.      Write the trade/subject name and institute name clearly on the envelope.

5.      Send the application only through Speed Post/Registered Post.

6.      Applications must reach before 19 June 2026, 5:30 PM.

7.      Separate application must be submitted for each trade and institute.

Documents Required

• Educational qualification certificates.
• Mark sheets of all relevant examinations.
• Technical qualification certificates.
• NTC/NAC/State Trade Certificate (where applicable).
• CITS/CTI/NCIC certificate (if available).
• LMV Driving Licence (for Driver Cum Mechanic and Mechanic Diesel).
• Chhattisgarh Domicile Certificate.
• Self-attested passport-size photograph.
• Self-attested copies of all supporting certificates.
• Notarized affidavit on ₹50 stamp paper after selection.

• Applications received after the last date/time will not be accepted.
• Incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected.
• Only Speed Post/Registered Post applications are accepted.
• Candidate must sign the application form and affidavit.
• Separate application required for each trade/institute.
• No reservation is applicable.
• Experience is not mandatory.
• Number of vacancies may increase, decrease, or be cancelled.
• Services of Guest Lecturers will automatically end if regular/contractual staff are appointed.
• Guest Lecturers are not entitled to any leave benefits.
• Selection disputes shall be decided by the Joint Director (Training), Regional Office, Durg, and the decision will be final.
• Unsatisfactory performance may lead to discontinuation of services.
