Selection Process / Recruitment Process

• Merit-based selection system including:

1.      Graduation Marks – 25% weightage

2.      Post Graduation Marks – 40% weightage

3.      Experience – Up to 30 marks

4.      EMRS experience – Additional marks

5.      Walk-in Interview – 25 marks

Pay Scale / Salary Details

• PGT (Full Time Engagement): ₹35,000 per month
• If full qualification not met: ₹31,000 per month
• As per NESTS norms
