Selection Process / Recruitment Process

• Based on NCTVT (NAC) Marks + Trade/Practical Test
• Weightage:
• NAC Marks – 80%
• Trade Test – 20%

1.      AOCP Trade Apprentices (Ordnance Factory / Govt affiliated)

2.      Feeder trade candidates with DBW/CPW experience + training

3.      Feeder trade candidates without training

Pay Scale / Salary Details

• Basic Pay: ₹19,900 + DA

AdditionalBenefits:

General Instructions:

Training:

• AOCP candidates: 1-month training (if not from Ordnance Factory)
• Feeder trade candidates:

Contract Details:

• Initial: 1 year
• Extendable up to 4 years
• Can be terminated with 1-month notice

Other Conditions:

• No permanent job claim
• 30 days leave per year
• Casual leave: 1 day/month
• No medical benefits (except emergency)
• No promotions, OT, LTC, loans, etc.
• Must follow company rules
• Taxes applicable
