ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Educational Qualification

• Must have passed 12th from recognized Board.

Mandatory Skill

AGE LIMIT

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 35 Years
• Cut-off Date: 01 January 2026
• Maximum age including all relaxations: 45 Years

AGE RELAXATION (Category-wise)

• As per Chhattisgarh Government rules.
• Reservation applicable under CG Lok Seva (SC/ST/OBC) Act, 1994.
• Total age after all relaxations shall not exceed 45 years.

SELECTION PROCESS / RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Selection will be based on:

1.     Merit-based marking system

2.     Interview

3.     Skill Test (if applicable)

Mark Distribution:

• 60% marks from educational qualification percentage
• 02 marks per year of required experience (maximum 10 marks)
• 02 bonus marks per year for emergency helpline experience (maximum 10 marks)
• Interview: 20 marks
• Skill Test: 10 marks
• Selection list validity: 01 year
• Waiting list: 25% or minimum 03 candidates

PAY SCALE / SALARY DETAILS

• Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹16,000/-

• Decision of appointing authority will be final.
• Contract period: Initially up to 03 years or scheme duration.
• Contract may be extended based on performance.
