Educational Qualification

Minimum Qualification:

• Graduation in Social Work / Sociology / Child Development / Human Rights / Public Administration / Psychology / Law / Public Health / Community Resource Management
  OR
• Graduation in relevant subjects from a recognized university.

Mandatory Skills:

• Good computer knowledge
• Ability to work in MS Office

Mandatory Experience:

• Minimum 02 years experience in project formulation / implementation / monitoring preferably in Women & Child Development or Social Welfare sector.

Desirable Qualification:

• Experience in Child Helpline work
• Working experience in English and Hindi typing/computer.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 35 Years
• Cut-off Date: 01 January 2026

Maximum age including all relaxations: 45 Years.

Age Relaxation (Category-wise)

As per Chhattisgarh Government Rules:

• SC / ST / OBC: As per Chhattisgarh Lok Seva (Anusuchit Jati/Janajati/Other Backward Classes) Act, 1994
• All relaxations combined shall not exceed 45 years.

 SELECTION PROCESS

Selection will be done through:

1.     Merit-based evaluation (Ank Paddhati – Marking System)

2.     Skill Test (if applicable)

3.     Interview

Mark Distribution:

• 60% marks from minimum educational qualification
• 02 marks per year for required experience (maximum 10 marks)
• 02 marks per year for Child Helpline experience (maximum 10 marks)
• Interview: 20 Marks
• Skill Test: 10–10 Marks (if applicable)

Merit list and waiting list (25% or minimum 3 candidates) will be prepared. Validity of selection list: 1 year.

PAY SCALE / SALARY DETAILS

• Fixed Monthly Remuneration: ₹35,000/- per month.

• Service governed by Chhattisgarh Civil Services Conduct Rules, 1965.

• No TA/DA for interview or skill test.
