Educational Qualification

• Engineering Graduation in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation.
• Completed Engineering Graduation on or after 01-04-2023.
• Minimum Marks:
• 60% aggregate for UR/OBC-NC
• 50% aggregate for SC/ST/PwBD (VH/HH/OH/MD)

Qualification must be recognized by Board of Technical Education / UGC / AICTE.

Age Limit

• Minimum: 18 years
• Maximum: 25 years
• As on: 02-03-2026

Age Relaxation

• SC/ST – 5 years
• OBC – 3 years
• PwBD (VH/HH/OH/MD) – 10 years

As per Government Guidelines / Apprentices Act, 1961.

SELECTION PROCESS / RECRUITMENT PROCESS

1.      Applications screened based on merit percentage.

2.      Shortlisting in ratio 1:5 for document verification.

3.      Document Verification.

4.      Merit list prepared.

5.      Engagement subject to:

o    Acceptance of tri-partite apprenticeship contract on NATS website.

o    Submission of Medical Certificate.

o    Police Verification.

No TA/DA for document verification.

PAY SCALE / SALARY DETAILS

Monthly Stipend: ₹25,000

Break-up:

• ₹20,500 paid by HPCL
• ₹4,500 paid directly by Government of India (DBT Scheme)

No additional allowances or housing assistance.
