Educational Qualification

Essential Qualification

• Graduation / Post Graduation Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture or related subjects from a government recognized university

Alternative Qualification (If suitable candidates not available)

• Graduation/Post Graduation from government recognized university with minimum 02 years experience in rural and agriculture related work

Desired Qualification & Skills

• Experience in rural and marketing related work
• Ability to work in Hindi, English and local language
• Computer knowledge with MS Office
• Hindi and English typing knowledge
• Knowledge of report accounting and data management
• Own two-wheeler vehicle with valid documents for field visit

Experience Requirement

• Minimum 01 year field-level experience in agriculture and animal husbandry based livelihood work (after essential qualification)

• Maximum Age: Less than 45 Years

• Performance evaluation will be done during probation and extension period

• Appointment is purely temporary.
• Initial probation period will be minimum 01 month.
• Appointment will be extended for 11 months after probation based on performance.
• Extension for another year requires minimum 75% KPI performance score.
• Candidates removed earlier due to misconduct will not be eligible.
• Providing false information will cancel candidature.
• Incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected.
• Early marriage candidates are not eligible.
• Candidates married to a person with living spouse are not eligible (unless government permits).
• Influencing recruitment process will lead to cancellation.
• Final decision authority rests with the Cluster Organization.
