• Minimum 03 years experience in gender-related work in Government/Semi-Government/NGO
• Minimum 03 years experience in women-related issues

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 45 Years

Age Relaxation

• Relaxation for Chhattisgarh domicile candidates as per State Government rules
• Maximum age including all relaxations shall not exceed 50 years

Merit Evaluation Pattern

• Educational Qualification: Maximum 60 Marks
• Experience: 02 Marks per additional year (Maximum 10 Marks)
• Chhattisgarh Domicile Bonus: 02 Marks
• Interview / Skill Test: 20 Marks

Total Marks: 100

Tie-breaking rule: Older candidate will be preferred in case of equal marks.

Important Instructions / Terms & Conditions

• Appointment is purely contractual and temporary.
• Initial contract period: 02 Years (extendable yearly based on performance).
• One month notice or salary in lieu required for termination.
• Post will be abolished after scheme completion.
• Candidates married before legal age are not eligible.
• Candidates having spouse already living are not eligible (unless government permits).
• Incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected without notice.
• Experience certificate authenticity will be verified.
• Leave will be granted as per Chhattisgarh Contract Appointment Rules 2012.
• Travel allowance will be applicable only in special circumstances with approval.
