Educational Qualification

1. Program Officer – 01 Post

Candidates must possess the prescribed postgraduate/professional qualification mentioned in the notification:

·         First-class M.A. / B.E. / MRTM (Master of Rural Technology and Management).

·         Alternatively, postgraduate qualification in Mathematics or Physics.

2. Assistant Programmer – 01 Post

Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications from a recognized university:

·         M.Sc. in Computer Science.

·         M.Sc. in Information Technology.

·         MCA (Master of Computer Applications).

·         Equivalent qualification.

·         B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent qualification.

3. Accountant – 02 Posts

·         B.Com. with at least 55% marks for Unreserved / Other categories.

·         B.Com. with at least 50% marks for SC/ST categories.

Age Relaxation

1.      Candidates domiciled in Chhattisgarh will receive a maximum age relaxation of 5 years according to the notification.

2.      After applicable relaxations, the maximum age limit must not exceed 45 years.

3.      Age will be calculated as on 01 January 2026.

The notification does not provide separate relaxation figures for each reserved category.

Additional Selection Rules

1.      Applications will be scrutinized on the basis of merit.

2.      Eligible candidates will be called for the skill examination.

3.      If applications exceed the available vacancies, candidates will be shortlisted for the skill examination, generally up to 10 times the number of vacancies.

4.      Final merit will be prepared by combining the relevant selection marks.

5.      In case of equal marks, the older candidate will receive priority.

6.      The decision of the District Panchayat authority regarding recruitment will be final.

Contract Period:

·         Appointment will initially be valid up to 28 February 2027.
