Documents Required

The notification lists the following documents:

1.      10th Class Marksheet for proof of date of birth.

Important Instructions / Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose of Recruitment

Recruitment is being conducted under District Mineral Trust Fund (DMF) to meet human-resource shortages in health institutions.

2. Merit-Based Selection

Candidates will be selected by preparing a merit list based on educational marks and walk-in interview performance.

3. Age

As on 01/07/2026, candidates must be at least 18 years and not more than 40 years old, subject to Government-approved age relaxation.

4. No Travel Allowance

No travelling allowance will be payable to candidates for appearing in the recruitment/interview process.

5. Publication of Results

The list of eligible/ineligible candidates, merit list and selection-process results will be displayed on the notice board of the Office of the Chief Medical and Health Officer or may be obtained by applicants from the official website www.dantewada.govt.nic.in. The office will not be responsible for separately informing applicants.

6. Waiting List

The waiting list will remain valid for 01 year. During this period, vacancies arising due to newly sanctioned posts, resignation or any other reason may be filled from the waiting list.

7. Nature of Appointment

All appointments will be purely temporary and non-transferable on a contractual basis.

8. Government/Semi-Government Employees

Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government institutions must submit an NOC (No Objection Certificate) issued by their appointing authority; otherwise, their application will not be considered.

9. Vacancy Modification

The number of advertised vacancies may be increased, decreased or cancelled due to administrative reasons.

10. Incomplete Applications

No separate information will be given to candidates regarding incomplete or incorrectly filled application forms. 11. Final Decision

The Collector, District Dantewada and the constituted Selection Committee will have the final authority to decide disputes arising during the recruitment process.

If a candidate attempts to obtain a recommendation or applies political pressure or other unethical influence for appointment, action will be taken against the candidate and the application will be cancelled.

13. Eligibility Decision

The Selection Committee will have the authority to decide whether an applicant is eligible or ineligible on the basis of the candidate's qualifications.

14. Criminal/Illegal Activities

If an applicant is found involved in criminal activities, misconduct or other illegal activities, their application will be treated as cancelled.
