Educational Qualification

1. Manager – Digital Product

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Information Technology / Computer Science / Electronics and Communication Engineering.

Preferred: Post Graduation in Management / PMP Certification.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in project management of Digital Products/IT Products in Bank/BFSI/FinTech/Card Networks.

Age: 24–36 years.

2. Senior Manager – Digital Product

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science / Computer Applications / IT / Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunications / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Instrumentation OR MCA.

Experience: Minimum 6 years in project management of Digital/IT products in Bank/BFSI/FinTech/Card Networks.

Age: 27–39 years.

3. Product Manager – Digital Lending

Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.

Preferred: Post-Graduation in any discipline and recognized Digital Lending-related certification.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Digital Product design/process in Banking, FinTech or any Financial Institution.

Age: 23–35 years.

4. Technical Officer – Civil Engineer

Qualification: BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Civil Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in execution/monitoring of civil construction work, estimates and maintenance of electromechanical equipment in institutional/multistoried buildings or major installations.

Age: 23–35 years.

5. Technical Manager – Civil Engineer

Qualification: BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Civil Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 4 years in relevant civil construction/monitoring work.

Age: 25–37 years.

6. Technical Senior Manager – Civil Engineer

Qualification: BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Civil Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 7 years relevant experience.

Age: 28–40 years.

7. Technical Officer – Electrical Engineer

Qualification: BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant electrical work experience.

8. Technical Manager – Electrical Engineer

Qualification: BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.

9. Technical Senior Manager – Electrical Engineer

Qualification: BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.

10. Manager – Information Security

Qualification: Full-time BE/B.Tech in specified Computer/IT/Electronics fields OR MCA/M.Sc. Computer Science/IT/Cyber Security OR M.Tech Cyber Security.

Mandatory Certification: CEH / CompTIA Security+ / CCNA / CISA.

Preferred: CISM/CRISC/CISSP and specified SOC security technology certifications.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT/Information Security, including at least 1 year in an Information Security role.

Age: 24–36 years.

11. Senior Manager – Information Security

Qualification: Specified full-time BE /B.Tech / MCA/M.Sc./ M.Tech qualification in Computer/IT/ Cyber Security-related disciplines.

Mandatory Certification: CISSP /CISM/CISA.

Experience: Minimum 6 years in IT and/or Information Security, including 3 years in Information Security roles.

Age: 27–39 years.

12. Manager – Security

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

Preferred: Minimum 3-month computer/IT course or IT-related subject at graduation level or afterwards; Physical Security Professional certification.

Experience: Either:

• Officer with minimum 5 years commissioned service in Army/Navy/Air Force; OR
• Police Officer not below Deputy Superintendent of Police with minimum 5 years as Class-I Gazetted Officer; OR
• Rank equivalent to or above Assistant Commandant with minimum 5 years as Class-I Gazetted Officer in Paramilitary Forces.

Age: 25–35 years.

13. Chief Manager – Data Scientist

Qualification: Specified BE /B.Tech /ME /M.Tech /B.Sc. /M.Sc ./BCA/MCA or Graduation in Data Science /Statistics /Applied Mathematics.

Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT, including 8 years in Data Science.

Preferred: BFSI experience and specified Data Science/AI/ML certifications.

Age: 31–43 years.

14. Senior Manager – Data Scientist

Qualification: Same educational qualification group stated for the Data Scientist positions.

Experience: Minimum 6 years in IT, including 5 years in Data Science/Data Analytics.

Preferred: Direct delivery of Data Science projects in Banking.

Age: 27–39 years.

15. Senior Manager – Data Profiling

Qualification: B.Sc. IT /Computer Science OR BE /B.Tech in specified Computer/ IT/ Electronics disciplines OR BCA/MCA.

Experience: Minimum 6 years in IT, including minimum 5 years in SQL /PL-SQL or Impala /Hive Query and Qlik Development.

Age: 27–39 years.

16. Senior Manager – DQ Analyst

Qualification: Graduation in Computer Science / Information Systems / Statistics / Data Science / Mathematics / related quantitative field OR M.Sc. Data Science OR MBA with Analytics.

Preferred certifications: CIQP, CIMP/ISO 8000 Data Quality, Data Governance/Collibra-related certifications.

Experience: Minimum 6 years in IT, including 5 years as Data Quality Analyst; experience in ETL tools, preferably Informatica.

Age: 27–39 years.

17. Senior Manager – BI & Dashboard Development

Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/Electronics & Communications/Electronics & Telecommunications OR MCA OR M.Sc. IT/Computer Science.

Experience: Minimum 6 years in IT, including minimum 5 years in SQL/PL-SQL or Impala/Hive Query.

Preferred: MIS/Dashboard Development (Qlik), advanced SQL/PL-SQL, Impala/Hive Query and advanced Qlik Development.

Age: 27–39 years.

18. Manager/Senior Manager – Taxation & Accounts

Mandatory: Chartered Accountant / ICWA.

Preferred: Company Secretary.

Manager Experience: Total 2 years in BFSI, with 1 year preferably in Accounts & Taxation.

Senior Manager Experience: Total 5 years in BFSI, with 2 years preferably in Accounts & Taxation.

Manager Age: 25–37 years.

Senior Manager Age: 28–40 years.

Chief Manager – Investor Relations

Qualification: Graduation in Economics or Commerce.

Preferable: CA/MBA/EPGM/Certified General Management Executive from IIM or equivalent reputed course.

Experience: Minimum 8 years in Banking Sector or reputed Brokerage Firms, including 3 years in Investor Relations/Corporate Communication/Research.

Age: 28–40 years.

Qualification/Experience Conditions

Educational qualifications must be from a college/institution/university recognized by Government of India /Government bodies/AICTE. Post-qualification experience of less than six months in an organization as on 01.08.2026 will generally not count, except where it forms part of current employment. Clerical cadre experience will not be considered for eligibility.

Age Limit & Cut-off Date

Age calculation date: 01 August 2026.

Post-wise minimum age ranges from 23 years to 31 years, while maximum age ranges from 35 years to 43 years, depending on the post. The maximum ages stated against posts are for General category candidates.

Age Relaxation

Relaxation applies only to posts where applicable reservation roster points are available.

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

The selection process may include:

Online Examination Pattern

Total Duration: 150 minutes.

Reasoning, English Language and Quantitative Aptitude are qualifying in nature; their marks will not be counted for final result. Wrong answers attract a penalty of 0.25 of the marks assigned to the question.

Personal Interview Qualifying Marks

• General/EWS: 60%
• Other Reserved Categories: 55%

The Bank may change these minimum qualifying criteria.

Probation

12 months (1 year) of active service from the date of joining.

Service Bond

All selected candidates must execute a service bond.

• JMG/S-I: Minimum 3 years' service or payment equivalent to 3 months' gross salary, subject to maximum ₹2 lakh.
• MMG/S-II, MMG/S-III & SMG/S-IV: Minimum 3 years' service or payment equivalent to 3 months' gross salary, subject to maximum ₹3 lakh.

The bond conditions are subject to revision under Bank policy.
