Educational Qualification

1. IT Officer (Scale-I)

• Four-year Engineering/Technology Degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Electronics & Communication, or Electronics & Instrumentation.
• OR Post Graduate Degree in the above disciplines.
• OR Graduate with DOEACC 'B' Level qualification.

2. Agricultural Field Officer (Scale-I)

Four-year Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Dairy Science, Fishery Science, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing & Cooperation, Agricultural Engineering, Forestry, Agricultural Biotechnology, Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Fisheries Engineering, etc.

3. Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale-I)

• Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at Graduation level.
• OR Post Graduate Degree in Sanskrit with Hindi and English as subjects at Graduation level.

4. Law Officer (Scale-I)

Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) and enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council.

5. HR/Personnel Officer (Scale-I)

Graduate with a two-year full-time Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, HRD, Social Work, or Labour Law.

6. Marketing Officer (Scale-I)

Graduate with a two-year full-time MBA/MMS/PGDM/PGDBM/PGPM specializing in Marketing.

Age Limit (As on 01.07.2026)

• Minimum Age: 20 Years
• Maximum Age: 30 Years

Candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.07.1996 and not later than 01.07.2006 (both dates inclusive).

Specialist Officer (Scale-I)

Basic Pay:

₹48,480–2,000/7–62,480–2,340/2–67,160–2,680/7–85,920

Selected candidates will also receive allowances and other perquisites as per the rules of the respective Participating Bank.
