Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or Horticulture.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 35 Years
• Age Calculation Date: 01 January 2026

Age Relaxation

• Age relaxation for reserved category candidates will be applicable as per government reservation rules.

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

1.      80% weightage of percentage marks obtained in the required educational qualification.

2.      1 mark per year of relevant experience, subject to a maximum of 5 marks.

3.      Only experience from Government or Semi-Government institutions will be considered valid.

4.      Interview carries 15 marks.

5.      Final merit list will be prepared based on:

o    Academic Marks

o    Experience Marks

o    Interview Marks

6.      In case of equal marks, preference will be given in the following order:

o    Candidates from Bijapur District

o    Candidates from Bastar Division

o    Candidates from the State Level

Pay Scale / Salary Details

• Equivalent to Pay Matrix Level-7 honorarium structure.

How to Apply (Step-by-Step)

1.      Fill out the prescribed application form.

Important Instructions / Terms & Conditions

1.      Appointment is purely temporary and honorarium-based.

2.      No additional allowances or benefits will be provided.

3.      Entitlement of 18 days Casual Leave and 3 days Optional Leave per calendar year.

4.      Leave during the first six months will be regulated as per applicable government instructions.

5.      Initial appointment period will be one year.

6.      Contract period may be extended based on departmental requirement and performance.

7.      Waiting list will remain valid for one year.

8.      Service may be terminated by either party with one month's notice or one month's honorarium in lieu thereof.

9.      No pension, death benefit, or retirement benefit shall be admissible.

10. Posting will be within Bijapur District.

11. Annual performance evaluation will be conducted.

12. Services may be terminated in cases of misconduct or financial irregularities.

13. Medical Fitness Certificate from the District Medical Board is mandatory after selection.

14. Candidates already employed in Government/Semi-Government/Private institutions must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

15. Any dispute related to recruitment will be finally decided by the District Collector, Bijapur.

16. Unauthorized absence exceeding one month will result in automatic termination of service.

17. Transfer, deputation, or handover of duties during the contract period is not permitted.

18. Employment Exchange Registration must be valid.

19. Submission of false or forged documents will lead to cancellation of candidature and further action.
