Educational Qualification

• Diploma in Engineering / Degree in Science or Engineering (as per ToR)

• Retired officials from Central/State Govt/PSU/Autonomous Bodies/Universities/Govt R&D
• Experience in relevant field required
• DRDO experience preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Selection based on eligibility, experience, and Terms of Reference (ToR)
• Preference to candidates with DRDO experience

Pay Scale / Salary Details

For Pensioners

• Fixed monthly amount = Last pay – Basic pension
• Conveyance Allowance:
• ₹3000 (Level-11)
• ₹5000 (Level-12)

For Non-Pensioners

• Level-11: ₹50,000 + ₹3,000 conveyance
• Level-12: ₹60,000 + ₹5,000 conveyance

For NPS Retirees

• 30% of last basic pay deducted
• Remaining amount paid as remuneration
• Conveyance allowance applicable

5.      Submit within 21 days

Important Instructions / Terms & Conditions

• Contract duration: 1 year (extendable)
• No other allowances except remuneration and conveyance
• No re-employment status
• 15-day gap required after retirement
• Consultants must follow confidentiality and conduct rules
• Leave: 1.5 days per month
• Cannot engage in private business
• Incomplete or late applications will be rejected.
