  Graduate with CAIIB and/or CA / CS / CMA / CFA
• Recovery Personnel:
  Graduate + LL.B. / LL.M. (added advantage)
• Fraud Risk Management Personnel:
  Graduate + JAIIB / CAIIB (added advantage)

• Deputy General Manager: Not more than 47 years

• Chief Manager: Not more than 43 years
• Manager: Not more than 40 years
• Recovery Personnel: Not more than 30 years
• Fraud Risk Management Personnel: 30 – 40 years

Age Relaxation

• General Manager: Up to 52 years
• Deputy General Manager: Up to 50 years
• Assistant General Manager: Up to 48 years
• Chief Manager: Up to 46 years
• Manager: Up to 43 years
• Recovery Personnel: Up to 35 years
• Fraud Risk Management Personnel: Up to 45 years

Experience Requirement

• General Manager: 20–25 years (15 years executive cadre mandatory)
• Deputy GM: 15–20 years (8–10 years executive cadre)
• Assistant GM: 10–15 years (5–8 years executive cadre)
• Chief Manager: 8–10 years (5 years managerial cadre)
• Manager: 8–10 years (5 years assistant managerial cadre)
• Recovery Personnel: 5–7 years (Loan collection / recovery handling)
• Fraud Risk Personnel: 5–10 years (5 years in fraud risk management mandatory)
