Selection Process / Recruitment Process

• Merit-based selection
• Weightage system:

1.      Educational Qualification: Up to 60 marks

2.      Experience: 2 marks per year (maximum 18 marks)

3.      Local Resident (Chhattisgarh): 02 bonus marks

4.      Computer Skill Test: 30 marks

• Final merit prepared based on total marks
• In case of tie → higher age gets preference

• Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹20,900
