Selection Process / Recruitment Process

Selection will be based on 100 marks merit system:

• Educational Qualification (12th %) – 75 marks
• Mining Affected Area:
• Directly affected – 10 marks
• Indirectly affected – 5 marks
• Diversity (Female / PVTG candidates) – 15 marks

Total: 100 marks

• Merit list will be prepared
• Counseling will be conducted based on merit
• Candidates will choose course based on rank and availability

How to Apply (Step-by-Step)

1.      Obtain the prescribed application form.

2.      Fill all details clearly in the form.

3.      Attach required documents (self-attested).

4.      Submit application in person at DMF branch (Collector Office).

5.      Ensure submission before 15/04/2026, 5:00 PM.

• 10th mark sheet
• 12th mark sheet
• Residence certificate
• Certificate of mining-affected village (issued by Patwari/Secretary)
• BPL ration card / income certificate
• Caste certificate (if PVTG)
• Aadhaar card

Important Instructions / Terms & Conditions

• Only candidates from mining-affected areas are eligible
• Candidate must be from BPL family
• Selection will be purely merit-based
• Counseling will be conducted after merit list
• Training duration is 18 months
• Entire cost (training, food, accommodation) will be borne by DMF
• Candidates must submit undertaking before admission
• Incomplete forms may be rejected
• Preference will be given as per merit and availability of seats
