Educational Qualification

Candidate must have:

1.      Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) examination from a recognized board.

2.      Must possess one-year diploma/certificate in Data Entry Operator / Programming from a recognized institution.

3.      Hindi typing speed 5000 key depressions per hour on computer (skill test).

4.      Certificate of computer proficiency from recognized board/institution such as CPCT or equivalent.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 35 Years
• Age calculation date: 01 January 2026

Maximum age with relaxation will not exceed 45 years.

Age Relaxation

Age relaxation will be provided as per Chhattisgarh Government rules including:

• SC / ST / OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates of Chhattisgarh – 5 years
• Chhattisgarh government employees / work charge / contingency paid staff – up to 38 years
• Ex-servicemen – relaxation equal to service period
• Women residents of Chhattisgarh – 10 years
• Contract employees – relaxation equal to service years
• Teachers / Panchayat employees – relaxation according to service
• Award winners such as Shaheed Rajiv Pandey Award / Gunadhar Samman / Maharaja Praveer Chandra Bhanjdev Samman / National Youth Award – 5 years

Final upper age limit in all cases: 45 years

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

Selection will be done through the following stages:

1.     Merit List Preparation

o    Based on marks obtained in minimum educational qualification.

o    Maximum 60 marks weightage.

2.     Experience Weightage

o    For relevant government experience.

o    2 marks per year, maximum 10 marks.

3.     Written Examination

o    Objective type questions.

o    10 marks.

4.     Skill Test

o    Computer typing / skill test.

o    20 marks

o    Minimum 33% marks required.

5.      Final merit list prepared based on total marks obtained.

Tie-breaking criteria:

• Higher marks in skill test
• Higher educational marks
• Higher age
• Alphabetical order of candidate name if still equal

Pay Scale / Salary Details

Pay Matrix Level: Level-04

Pay Scale: ₹5200 – ₹20200 + Grade Pay ₹1900

1.      Recruitment will be conducted under departmental service recruitment rules.

2.      Candidate must be a resident of Chhattisgarh.

3.      All educational qualifications must be completed before the advertisement date.

4.      Applications received after the deadline will be rejected.

6.      Selected candidates must submit medical fitness certificate from district medical board.

7.      Character verification will be done by police after selection.

8.      If any information or document is found false, appointment will be cancelled.
