Educational Qualification

Candidate must possess any one of the following:

1.      10+2 (Higher Secondary) pass from a recognized board.
OR

2.      Higher Secondary with first year of graduation from a recognized university.

Additional Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate in Data Entry Operator / Programming from a recognized institution.
• Hindi typing speed of 5000 key depressions per hour.
• Certificate of computer proficiency from recognized institutions such as:
• ITI Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA)
• Diploma in Computer Application
• PGDCA / BCA / B.Sc. (Computer Science) / IT or equivalent recognized qualification.

Age Limit

Minimum Age: 18 Years

Age calculation date: 01 January 2026

Maximum Age: As per Chhattisgarh Government rules.

Age Relaxation

Age relaxation will be given according to Chhattisgarh Government rules, including:

• SC / ST / OBC candidates (Chhattisgarh residents): Up to 5 years
• Women candidates (Chhattisgarh Civil Services rules): Up to 10 years
• Widow / Divorced women: Up to 5 years
• Inter-caste marriage award holders: Up to 5 years
• Family welfare programme (3-child policy participants): Up to 2 years
• Disabled candidates (40% or more disability): As per rules
• State government employees: Up to 3 years
• Other relaxations as per state government orders.

Maximum age after relaxation generally should not exceed 45 years for government service.

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

Selection will be conducted in the following stages:

1. Merit List Preparation

• Based on educational qualification marks.
• Shortlisting of candidates will be done.

2. Skill / Typing Test

Candidates must appear for:

• Hindi typing test
• Required speed: 5000 key depressions per hour

3. Merit Calculation

Total marks: 100

• Educational qualification marks: 70 marks
• Skill / Typing test: 30 marks

Candidates scoring minimum 10 marks in skill test will be considered qualified.

4. Document Verification

Final selection will be done after verification of documents by the District Selection Committee.
