Educational Qualification

For House Father post:

Candidate must have:

• Graduation degree from a recognized university in any of the following subjects:
• Sociology
• Psychology
• Social Work
• Law
• Or equivalent social science subjects.

Required Skills

• Computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel and related work).

Required Experience

Minimum 2 years experience in any of the following:

• Government / Semi-government / International agencies
• Child care institutions
• Child welfare committee
• Juvenile justice board
• Child protection services
• Child welfare related work.

Desirable Qualification

Knowledge of Hindi and English languages.

Minimum Age: 21 Years
Maximum Age: 35 Years

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

Selection will be done through the following process:

1.      Merit list preparation based on marks

2.      Work experience evaluation

3.      Interview / Skill test

Marks Distribution

Total Marks: 100

Additional points:

• For each year of experience: 2 marks
• Maximum experience marks: 10
• Candidates scoring higher marks will be placed higher in merit.

Pay Scale / Salary Details

Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹14,564

1.      Applicant must be a resident of Chhattisgarh.

2.      Educational qualification must be from a recognized institution/university.

3.      All required documents must be attached with the application.

6.      Government employees must attach No Objection Certificate (NOC).

7.      If any document or information is found false, the candidature will be cancelled and legal action may be taken.

9.      The contract period will initially be 3 years or scheme duration, whichever is earlier.

10. Selected candidate’s service may be terminated with one month notice from either side.
