Experienced Professionals

• Relevant Engineering degree
• Postgraduate degrees (MSc/MBA/MTech etc. as applicable)
• Law Degree (HR Legal Officer)
• Company Secretary qualification
• Industrial Safety qualification (for Safety roles)
• Experience requirement varies (0 to 18+ years depending on post)

Minimum Marks

• CA/CMA: Minimum 50% in CA/CMA + Graduation marks criteria
• All other positions:
• 65% (UR/OBCNC/EWS)
• 55% (SC/ST/PwBD)

Age Limit (as on cut-off date mentioned in advertisement)

Freshers

• Generally 25 years
• Finance posts: 27 years

• ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000
• ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000
• ₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000
• ₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000
• ₹90,000 – ₹2,40,000
• ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,80,000

Fixed Term Contract

• ₹50 Lakhs / ₹60 Lakhs per annum (Annual Consolidated)
